Per seat. Per month. No implementation fee.

Add another trade

A plan covers one trade — the sections and drawing disciplines that trade actually bids. If you bid more than one, add it. Each trade is read on its own terms rather than averaged into a generic pass.

Extra trade

Concrete and rebar, say, or drywall and painting

+$79/ mo on Plus
+$159 / mo on Pro
  • Adds that trade's spec sections
  • Adds the drawing disciplines it needs
  • Add or drop any time
General Contractor

Every discipline, every division

+$149/ mo on Plus
+$299 / mo on Pro
  • Reads every drawing discipline, not one trade's
  • Reads the whole specification, not a slice
  • Roughly three times the work of a single trade — priced accordingly

Questions estimators actually ask

How does the free trial work?

Fourteen days, full product, no credit card. You get the whole extraction and citation workflow on your own documents — not a canned demo tender. At the end the account goes read-only — nothing is charged automatically, nothing is deleted right away, and your work stays exportable for 30 days.

Who can see the tender documents I upload?

Only the seats in your account. Documents are stored on Canadian infrastructure, are never used to train anything, and are never shared between accounts. Enterprise accounts can run on a dedicated instance.

Why is it priced by trade rather than by tender?

Because that's what drives the work. A pack tells Tender Helper which specification sections and which drawing disciplines matter to you — a concrete finisher reads structural and architectural sheets, an electrical contractor reads electrical ones. Reading only what your trade bids is faster, cheaper and produces a shorter list worth reviewing. If you bid more than one trade, add it and each is read on its own terms.

What's the difference between standard and enhanced drawing analysis?

Both read every sheet in scope and cite what they find. Enhanced (on Pro) reads each sheet in finer detail and catches more on dense structural drawings — schedules, sections and details where a lot is packed into a small area. If your work is drawing-heavy, it's the difference worth paying for; if your scope lives mostly in the specification, standard is likely enough.

What if it misses something?

It will, sometimes — which is why the output is a draft you review, with the page beside it. It is a faster first pass, not a replacement for the estimator's read. Items that can't be cited to a page are discarded rather than shown, and the discard count is displayed on every run.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Billed in CAD, monthly or annual. Cancel from settings at any time — you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for, and an expired trial's data stays exportable for 30 days.

Can I add and remove seats mid-season?

Yes. Seats are prorated the day you add them and released at the end of the billing period, and the same goes for an added trade. Tendering season isn't flat and the pricing shouldn't pretend it is.

Is it available in French?

A French interface is planned — and specs written in French are already extracted with citations the same way. Half the corridor bids in French; it isn't an afterthought.
